Pricing: $12,000+ ($6,600 if using the studio for cocktail receptions only)

• The Winery - 100-130 guests
• The Barn - 200 guests
• The Studio - 80 guests

Indoor And Outdoor Options

Unforgettable Ceremony & Reception Venues:

• The Winery: Exchange vows in the beautifully renovated winery, accommodating up to 130 guests. Featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, bar, and an outdoor courtyard with a lake and bay views, it's ideal for elegant receptions.
• The Barn: This rustic-chic barn, built with recycled materials, offers a warm ambiance and accommodates 150-200 guests. Large sliding doors open to a breathtaking vineyard vista, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
• The Chapel: Steeped in history, our century-old chapel, lovingly restored and nestled amidst the trees, provides a charming setting for intimate ceremonies. With large windows overlooking Port Phillip Bay and beautiful seating, it seats approximately 100 guests. (Ceremony use included in venue hire fee)
• The Studio: This charming mud brick studio offers a unique space for smaller cocktail receptions or a designated "Men's Den" for your wedding day.
• The Gardens: Surrounded by ancient eucalyptus trees and boasting stunning sea views, the picturesque gardens provide a plethora of breathtaking locations for outdoor ceremonies and captivating wedding photos. (Garden use included in venue hire fee)

Catering:

Any wedding I've attended to has been catered to perfection! Let's be honest, good food at a wedding is essential. Whilst Tanglewood Estate itself does not organise your catering in house, it does have an incredible industrial kitchen that is perfectly prepped for your food making aficionados to work their magic. A preferred caterer list available on request but take my word for it. If they're on the list, they're going to be incredibly scrumptious!

As you can imagine the photo opportunities throughout the property are simply incredible! Truly not a venue like it. However, the most enticing thing about this venue is the location. Though it is secluded and will at times feel as though you’re the only couple in the world (yay!), the amenities and infrastructure remain at an extremely high standard. Accommodation at and near Tanglewood Estate

Though it’s not included in your package pricing, Tanglewood Estate offers two separate accommodation options. The first is the Farm House which is conveniently located on the property and can be used by the bride and groom on Saturday nights, or as a bridal house on your big day. The second option is around a 10-minute drive from the venue and can accommodate up to 13 people. As a bonus, it’s just 50 steps from the beach!

Tanglewood Estate Venue Hire Fees (2023/2024):

• The Winery & The Barn:
  • Imagine exchanging vows surrounded by rolling vineyards or celebrating in a rustic-chic barn. Tanglewood Estate offers exclusive use of your chosen venue (Winery or Barn) for your special day, starting at $12,000 AUD (inclusive of GST).
  • This fee ensures seamless execution with ceremony setup (either in the charming Chapel or picturesque Gardens), elegant reception furniture, essential equipment (cutlery, crockery, glassware), and a dedicated on-site event coordinator to manage every detail.
• The Studio:
  • Seeking a more intimate gathering? The Studio provides a charming setting for a cocktail reception of up to 80 guests. This space starts at $6,600 AUD (inclusive of GST). For the groom and his groomsmen, The Studio can also be transformed into a private "Men's Den" for pre-wedding festivities for an additional $300 AUD.

Tailoring the Celebration:

• Beverage Packages: Customise your beverage service to perfectly complement your wedding theme. Choose from a curated selection of wines (including their own Tanglewood Estate range), local and international beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic options. Pricing starts at $60 per head for a 6-hour package with full staffing.
• Extra Touches: Elevate your celebration with optional add-ons. Consider incorporating premium spirits, signature cocktails, extended beverage service by the hour, or a magnificent champagne tower (price upon request).
