Emma and Jake's love story traces back to March of 2017. They went on a first date to a food truck carnival, and Jake sealed the deal by driving Emma to a nearby ice creamery. Their relationship has only grown stronger since then.
In February of 2021, Emma and Jake went on a holiday to Tasmania, with plans for Jake to propose. But due to COVID border closures, their trip was nearly cancelled. They ended up renting a campervan and went on a winery tour, where Jake proposed at the final winery. The bus driver captured the magical moment, and even a surprise appearance from a winery dog made it all the more memorable.
After years of planning, Emma and Jake finally said their I Dos in a heartfelt ceremony led by Jillian Lance Celebrant. The florist, Pretty Street Flowers, added the finishing touches to their rustic theme.
Emma stunned in an intricate dress from Jane Hill Bridal, with her hair and makeup done by Quinn Smith Hair & Makeup and Cynthia Smyth Makeup. Jake complemented this by sporting a neutral-toned suit with a neat hair do.
Live music was provided by Baker Boys Band, and The Wedding Painter captured the day in a unique and artistic way. To top it off, their cake was mastered by Cake for Dinher and fit their wedding style so well.
