Meaghan and Sam’s Delightful Wedding at Phillip Island Winery
Really, do what works for you. And make the day significant to you and your relationship in some way.
Meaghan and Sam’s special day was truly a celebration of love, family, and friendship. The couple, who have known each other since primary school, tied the knot in a beautiful and relaxed wedding ceremony surrounded by the stunning ambiance of Phillip Island Winery.
The wedding theme was very much inspired by the location, with a light and bright color palette and a touch of coastal charm. Meaghan and Sam chose native florals to decorate the venue and bring a feeling of connection to the place.
Before the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a photoshoot at Cape Woolamai. Their scenic portraits by the beach was definitely a photographer's dream as Meaghan shined in a Grace Loves Lace dress, with hair and makeup flawlessly done by Madz Artistry and Hair By Francesca. Sam looked dapper in his suit from Daniel Hechter, beaming in glee as he walks side by side with his lovely bride.
Meaghan and Sam’s love story began in 2018 after playing on a mixed netball team together, and they got engaged in their home in Deepdene during lockdown. The couple was celebrating one year of owning and living in their apartment, and one week before making a big move to Alice Springs.
The wedding was made even more special by the talented vendors who worked tirelessly to bring Meaghan and Sam’s vision to life. The venue, Phillip Island Winery, was the perfect setting for the ceremony, and Lisa Anne Celebrant ensured the day was a true celebration of the couple’s love. The beautiful florals were designed by Native Posy Co. The live music was provided by Indi Acoustic Duo, and the DJ, Hey Jack, kept the party going into the night.
